Very pleasant stay. Staff mostly very good .

Service in the bar extremely inattentive. Had taken a seat at the table, the waiters passed by several times without paying attention to me. After a good quarter of an hour I went to the bar and complained. I should have announced myself nevertheless earlier was the answer.

The shuttle only runs at certain times and you have to pay for wireless. Both were advertised as being available and included in the price,

The staff was so kind.I Did travel to X-Cell center at Dusseldorf and the location of this hotel is perfect.I Used a car and the hotel manager gave free of charge the car parking near the enter to the hotel as I used my wheelchair.If I will need to come again to Dusseldorf,I will stay at this hotel.Thanks to All hotel staff.

The location of the hotel is absolutely mind-blowing, just a few minutes away from the highway and a short 20-minute U-Bahn ride to the city center. The staff is super helpful and polite, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was perfect for me as it could be made very dark, providing the much-needed darkness for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offers a jaw-dropping variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers easy accessibility, close to the train station, and a large parking garage, although the costs are a bit on the higher side.
